yeah i think all this came about following the merger. i sat in Klients and watched many hours of debate about what the time actually was..
agreed on just using GMT. everyone knows what it is and its not too difficult (!) to work our ur local time difference. They have been putting MOTD's with EST/EDT times??? no idea mate _)
