I thought it was 1 million for personal apartments and 10 million for guild apartments.

The key word that is "was". Last I checked (Monday) both were 10M.

I checked today. The listed price for personal apartments was 1,000,000.

Yes, you have to be sure whether your at a "Homin Apartment" or "Guild" Tech to get the correct one. Apartments are still 1 million dappers and a Guild Hall is 10 Million. Melinoe just got our Guild Hall yesterday, nice A/C for those Matis summers
