In fact Microsoft has one of the most reliable and flexible databases on the market - this is a database issue. If Nevrax would use Microsoft's product, such restorations would be a matter of minutes, not days... I am with Keoni on this one; I cannot believe a produict of this prominence and magnitude has such gapping holes in fundamental areas. It feels as if we are all still in beta one year after release...
Incidentally, my guild Amazonians was also lost in this crash... What makes this even more aggravating is Nevrax
seems very nonchalant about this instead of pro-actively contacting players with the issues and letting them know about issue progress and status updates.
I have members asking me why they have been deguilded... Clearly best practices are a foreign concept to Nevrax. And before you flame away, ask yourself this (and I said it before):
do you think Nevrax would tolerate any bugs in your payment submission process - honestly? Do you think they would let you to continue playing while you "work on the problem"?
I may seem demanding but it's because I know they would be too if I were at fault. And there is no duobt about whose fault it is this time!
