EAST +10
EADT +11

We don't have daylight saving in Queensland, and so we remain +10 when the southern states move to +11.

Just to make things confusing. ;)
You're refering to Aus correct?

I'll fix the abbreviations. The ones Iused came fromthe link in the post.

Yes, Australia.

The abbreviations are fine, I'm not sure there's any real standard (although when talking about international timezones, there's often an A in there (EAST or AEST) to distinguish it from EST in the USA.

I was just pointing out that one state in Australia doesn't go to daylight saving time in summer. But I guess anyone actually living here already knows that. :)

Yea the similiarity to the US ones is part of the reason I seperated the Aus ones.

And it says at the top about people who live in areas that don't use DS. :D

The world clock is another fine cite.

They even have a meeting planner

or the fixed time form can be used as follows: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=10&day=15&year=2005&hour=0&min=0&sec=0&p1=0 to show word times for a specific time
You cannot achieve the impossible without attempting the absurd.
