RL Gathering

Hi all

Our french community has been organizing RL meetings in Paris in the past. Players down there meet up in restaurants or Cafés on a regular basis and spend the evening together. These RL meetings are also sometimes attended by staff members. We are interested in hearing from you if you would be interested in such a RL meeting yourself?

- The RL Event would be held simultaneously in different places.

- The ones in France (Paris), Germany and the UK (London?), perhaps with people from Nevrax or Jolt attending it.

- Interested players from other countries would have the opportunity to
organise meetings in their countries - we would advertise them at the same time (and post pictures on the official website afterwards), but you would have to take care of the rest (reservations, organizing it).

- The RL event would take place in a restaurant, with a price around 10-15 euros for each person (of course depending on what you would like to eat or drink).

- We would post the announcement one month in advance, so you are
able to reserve plane/train tickets if you have to travel. Registrations would be closed two weeks prior to the meeting, so we are able to reserve the restaurant in advance.

- It would take place on a Saturday evening.

Sounds great would need few weeks in advance to get time off and prep the drive down

Scotland to london is bit far but well worth seeing loads of names in real life

Great idea imo
