Forage - have i missed something?

Ok,

about a week before merger, i stopped digging to build up Melee again.
At the time i could pull 8-9 q140 choice mats solo (2.4k focus)

Just then i went back to digging..... guess what.... best so far after many attemps is 117, thos mostly is 107-115. and 4-5 mats
System messages have every other stanza as "Hard luck, part of your forage action failed"

Previously i was at 140 by the 5th mat - so with 3-5 mats of just top level.


There has been a merger, and a small patch.... is this the cause?
I have done a dozen digs tonight and ALL are the SAME!!!

Did you switch which region you're harvesting in? Like if you have a high lakeland forage skill but a low forest forage skill, you won't be able to pull the same quality in the forest as you could in the lakelands.

That's about the only thing I can think of. You get that message a lot when you're trying to extract a quality that's higher than your skill level + 10.

Thanks!!!! my mistake, was digging q130 previously.... yes... 140 is 12 levels above me tried q130 and works like a gem
