Ditto on the topic desrciption.
Seems to me that Nevrax didn't go all that wrong with Bjorn Arve Lagim. Hard to tell exactly, since that's only the main theme, but it sure is nice. In my opinion, it suits perfectly: Ryzom isn't a game with your average fantasy setting nor is the theme music something you'd hear in some medieval fantasy themed game (well, if you can define "your average medieval fantasy theme music" in a first place - be that as it may, this piece of track just suits more than well in my opinion, despite how badly I'm trying to back it up). One specific part in the middle of that track didn't quite please as much as the rest, but I'd be splitting hairs here only if I were to start criticizing it.
Anyway, I'm more than positively surprised by the quality of the music so far. Not that I expected it to be somewhat mediocre, but not this good, no. I'm so anxious to hear the in-game tracks that right now I'm almost waiting the music more than the actual game

I am beginning to think excellance is SOR's middle name
The music portrays the many bugs crawling, climaxes of battle, cries of war and other things that fit perfectly in this game.
Lets not forget the already excellant sound effects of the mobs, fights, flying creatures, etc...

I loved the music in Anarchy Online, especially the Omni Tek music. I think I'll really love the stuff he comes up for this game. I like the theme, it's got a sense of danger and adventure to it all at once.

I really like it as well and am really looking forward to the ingame music, i know they said soon, but what soon is to them may be months away to us. I know some people say they just turn it off, but I know to me and I'm sure to some others the music is important.

oh yes... the theme is great. it really adds a lot of athmosphere to the game. like most of you i cant wait to get more ingame music...

Music will definalty add to the atmosphere of the game. I think it sounded great and will fit in perfect.
