Yes, that is a fact, although i'd like to see in the future rites having fame requirements (not just lvl), cause that way you would in fact have some benefit from the choice you have made.. Now its just: "Ill do all rites available, THEN, i'll work on my fame." (or the other way around, but thats a tougher call, since the missions you have to complete to find one single rite are huge - if you don't know which ones are those already i mean).

This makes all the sense RP wise... At least i wouldnt like to see a karavan luber shooting baboom Kami spells just cause he dropped 2 fame points - it should be more like: you need X kami fame points to even get the 1st rite mission (for a kami rite ofc).

you do need fame to do ritual missions.. 0 fame with a faction can take some effort to get up to, just to do most of the pre-requisites.. and you need 34 fame minimum in the faction to be allowed the ritual. I had to grind fame to be able to do other races rites, because they just dont like each other , but then, I am RP'ing a diplomat/nice person -as opposed to my RL personna

I know that there is a way to raise all civs fame equally, and also a way to raise both kami and karavan fames without affecting the other.

But I am not telling
