Correct. Currently I use a full dodge set from Visc sap, Gulatch oil, Moon resin, and the dodge is insane. I actually went afk for a sec to refresh a beer and came back with 8 dodges on my screen from a baying clopper. I'm sure with proper research we can optimize dodge bonuses from armor and weapons to make it a viable option. I'm thinking adding a pair of dagger/swords to the set with choice dodge mats can seriously increase this attribute...
