Lose the leafer blower, I have never seen something so silly before lol!

I agree with the aforementioned.....

Get the current weapons sorted...burning / waving etc,

You forget guys you need special skills for some of your ideeas. For grenades: throwing.
But if you want to go further in this direction... high power explosives: terrain mines, claymores, anti-peronal mines and such. LOL. Bobytrap Thessos then lure the predators near water... where your friend is waiting with the detonator ready.
Ranged:
Sniping weapons: single target high damage, very slow reload, huge range.
Burst weapons: even added as a skill would be great. (aaahhh... gimme two Uzi's and plenity of ammo :>)

Electric BFG for Zorai players only. Wish you played one now, eh? :p

But seriously, would be quite happy with the special craft plans (both weapons and shields) doing more than just looking cool.

About mines and boobytraps : nice to surround your harvesting area with those, and then : peaceful foraging awaits !

single "alarm" trap should be really helpful : place it somewhere and it will notice you when something/someone cross it ! -- this idea was in a thread about ouposts control --

A toaster ! fires multiple slices capable of taking down mobs with 1 hit thru decapitation :D :D ( and allways landing butter side down :( )

Some better tools for harvesting:

A dowsing stick for prospecting, with the ability to receive HP, Sap, and Focus bonuses like any other crafted item. Also, ability to be imbued with prospecting bonuses for range, angle, one class better materials, etc.

Advanced harvesting picks with the ability to receive HP, Sap, or Focus bonuses. Also, ability to be imbued with a "one level" bonus to rate, speed, or quality.

Dual Uzi's/Repeating Bowguns and Dual pistols/bowguns - uzi's/repeating bowguns would be like the pistol/bowgun except it fires a small hail of bullets, fires faster but has a short range. Dual Pistols enough said...

Rapier - same as 1h sword but faster, slightly weaker and inflicts piercing dmg.

Claws, Katars, Spiked gauntlets - fast attack speed, close reach and comes in two variants either inflicting piercing or slash dmg.

Scyth - same as pike/spear but inflicts slashing dmg

Whips - fast attack speed, long reach, not sure about type of dmg tho proberly crush

Double bladed sword - 2h or 1h not sure how one of these is wielded, not sure on rest of stats

This is off the topic but maybe they shud add armor for your mounts/packers, for your packers you might have light barding for it or for your mount heavy barding. This would make ur mount/packer more able to survive if attacked and would look generally cool.

Another idea is that shields only seem to have one uses and thats to block, they should implement a few skills for shields e.g. shield slam, etc

I still like the idea of a "Yubo Launcher" Takes 2 homins to operate, very similar to a water baloon launcher here in the states, and launches a yubo to temporarly distract aggro mobs.

Yeah, I know it's a bad idea, but I'd sure have a heck of a good time launching Yubo's :)
