Urgent Attention needed!

By looking at the server stats, i see Arispotle is open again. But when i login the only server i see is Windermeer with Offline status, Similarly I can't seem to connect to the chat support Klients, i even tried changing the port to 6001 on the old NA Klients. It says only registered members may login.

I connected to the NA Klients on port 6004 and one of the NA crew suggested to confirm with the billing dept, that my account may have not be copied to Arispotle.

However I contacted the billing via email but none is helping, the only response I got was try using 6001 port... but that's not the problem, I'm not some computer/IRC newbie i tried that way ahead of them, and then only contacted them ^_^'

I also have only NA server as my only choice at log in. How do I update the server list to have the the new server available to me? Killgoretrout.

Download EE Klients so you can connect to Aristopotle chat support. It will be much useful for problems regarding EE server.

i did but it wont let me in tells me to log in i type then crazy error reply login login......... if anyone can get in the ee server plz post it here

There was loads of NA players in EE Klients yesterday, so NA accounts have been created on EE Klients. There seems to be lots of problems with Klients account creation procedure, even without merge.

I had similar probler earlier and it was fixed when i changed my password on webforums (Klients account is copied from forum account, I think). Some others have got their Klients working by contacting Nevrax billing department who can enable Klients for you if it is disabled for some obscure reason.

Might pay to check sticky Klients threads that have lots of hints getting Klients working.

Go figure.
