Hi,
When i play ryzom, patching and launching are working well, but sometimes, just as i login, the icon "please wait" appears and my ping grows to 5000+, and it freezes the game.
The same thing appears when i enter buildings with the warp (everytime in this case), can you help me ?
Thanks a lot

Re: In-Game Login Crash.
You can try lowering the graphics quality to LOW from the launcher window to see if that helps.
To configure you video settings more fionely select the 'Configure Ryzom' entry in your Start / All Programs / Ryzom menu. You can try lowering the various settings down to low and go up from there. You may also want to try disabling some of the advanced graphics settings.
Other things to look at are your Display Adapter settings in your Windows Control Panel. Try selecting the 'Advanced' button where you change your resolution. There should be a tab called '3D' or somesuch. Try lowering some of the settings to 'Performance' from 'Quality' or disabling some of the advanced function there
Other useful information:
Remove and reinstall your video drivers after upgrading DirectX 9.0c (or if you have installed Windows XP SP2)
Always remove your current video drivers before rebooting and installing newer ones. This ensures that none of the files will be missed in the upgrade because they are in use.
Without knowing what your exact system specs are we cannot help you specifically. But hopefully these steps will help.
