Cannot log into the game?????

This is very starnge but I cannot log into the server.
Getting message: "ERROR: you can't use the client application 'ryzom_live' (eeor code 53)"

What's this about?

btw...I have 2 accounts and the second account works fine. But the original one is giving me error message.
I tried logging from second PC and same error message.

Is my account suspended or sumething???
