If you get 70+ supreme mats it means there is nobody else there, regardless of whether you are friendly or not.

I did'nt say that. I'm saying that PvP needs to be activated only for guilds in conflict. 'war declaration' is one of the features that are coming. They "just" need to link those two. If two (or more) guilds are in the war, PvP works for those. If your guild is not in the war with anybody, nobody can kill you in PvP zone. When you enter umbra you will get message "this is GvG zone". It's not. It's "we failed to implement GvG, but we will keep it that way" zone.
About Nexus: There are supreme mats up to q200 in desert. I guess also in Tryker and Zorai. Why is matis only supreme mats area PvP/GvG?

If someone kill RoA harvester in PR becose of "RP", boredom, mats or any stupid reason, i'll stop with everything i do and try to hunt down that "person" (not sure is "person" good term for someone so low). However i will not do that if the reason is some personal conflict between those two. It's clear that you will do nothing to help your guildmate, killed by someone who claim to be "roleplayer" or becouse of few mats.

I dont kill homins on sight, I'm not an agressor. Yes you can bet on it to recieve a poison/shockwave/fireball/eletric attack when you kill me in prime roots but thats because i love pvp and see your attack as that you wanna play with me . I dont mind Dead penalty(gives me a reason to get the pick out ).

No idon't know you so wel. The point is, if don't react after first time, "loop killing" will happend. Beter fix it first time then get your guildmate frustrated. It's not about 10 mats, it's about time. You take some to time reach harvesting spot, try to avoid agro, and when you are there: "poof". Down. Someone is "roleplaying".
