Selling of accounts or game items???

Hey, is it allowed to sell game items / dappers, or even whole accounts like on ebay or whatever?? Just asking i have no intention of selling anything worth something to my character

After what happened with EQ items I would be surprised if it was allowed but hey I havent read the small print either.
