I'm a Fyros Harvester/Crafter too. I can tell you from my experience of hunting for choice mats in the "Imperial Dunes" that the "choice" mats and their colors seem to be grouped around the region by color. Generally speaking, I find *alot* of blue choice mats to the north of Pyre, and I find *alot* of red choice mats to the south of Pyre. That is not to say that there are only blues to the north or only reds to the south, but I specifically I find more of one or the other in the areas of that region that I broke it down into.

THANKS A TON! I would love stick to blue armor :)
Btw: I got the impression that 50% blue + 40% purple + 10% whatever makes for a slightly darker blue than 50% blue + 50% allmixedup. Is this possible or just my imagination?

I would say imagination.

I make white armor by mixing black & white mats 50/50. Now, if those colors would mix I would get a grey one, not a white one.

I hear that if you mix one of each color, you get a nice rainbow effect :P

I have found that it's simply the majority color mats is the color of the item. The catch being that two equal colors (3 red 3 blue 2 green) the majority lininig color will then win out. YMMV

This has been a rather helpful thread for me but one thing i'm wondering about the colors of armor is I see armor with a main color of something(red for example) and it is lined with another color(green we'll say). How is a secondary color determined? Is it just higher quality armor or something.
