I'd rather have them fix the broken stuff first THEN add more content.
Besdies there's always a chance the new content will be buggy... then what? We'd have new bugs to go along with the bugs already in the game, thus making more bugs to deal with than what we have already.

thing is you don't use the content we DO have and complain that we don't have any content
honestly in the past 2-3 weeks i've had a ton more fun than i have had since i bought the game, tho being able to walk around with impunity does help a bit.
that aside there's a ton of stuff to do in the game, i won't spell it out for you cause i don't like holding ppl's hands and i'd rather have them discover things on their own. well that and i don't want to let secrets out and such but the answers have been provided for you already on the forums

a man can "fix" a car for years and it never get working Quite right.....
so ....
I still want new content because one it was promised and ya know what else my box says that i am suposed to have outposts so all i am doing is asing for a Completion of my deal

add to that Xavier Said that One group is working on bug fixes while another is working on Content so alll am doing is asking a second group to Show their work.
