Out-game ticket system... how long do I wait?

I have submitted a ticket via the out-game ticket system. It has a Submitted Date, and then a Due Date that is 24 hours later. The Due Date has passed already, am I supposed to be getting a response soon?

I am not impatient, I know these things take time. I am just curious about the system, since it's new. So far I had seen excellent support both in-game and out-game with which I was very happy with, it would be a shame to not continue in that tradition.
