You guys rock!!! You are the best GM's I have ever seen in any game I have ever played... You but the other "Powers that be" to shame with your service to the players of this game. I salut you!!!

I agree. Anytime there is a problem within minutes there is a responce.

aye, the two times I needed help in game I got quick responses. However.....I would like to see a bit more of a presence from the developers here in the forums. It just seems they could post a slight bit more here answering questions and concerns.

For instance there has been alot of posts about concerns on difficulty and exp issues on mainland and issues with prospecting areas on mainland and other things and I havent seen many response from devs on it.

Well consider me the eyes and ears of the devs

Since it's still so soon after launch they are SO busy working all of the kinks out to make the game play experience everything it possibly can be. If you want to contribute to the process there is a running sticky thread, "Feature Wishlist" that is now 10 pages long that I've been bringing back to the devs. Please feel free to post there.

Heck i dont blame the Dev's for not having time to tell us every little bitty thing thats going on. The Game has just lauched and they are going to have their hands full for the first month or two. Hence the the GM's are here to do the best they can to help us with bugs the devs have not been able to fix yet. And i will say again these are the GM's in any game. If Sony were to Hire GM's like these guys they be doing alot better with the Players. These GM's we have are not like the bots that give you a generated response they will acutaly talk to you like people. And for this... this is what makes them great

I totally agree. Not only the GMs, but CS in general, as well as the board moderators are doing a great job. This is the first time in any game that I have played where I have been impressed with CS. I won't even begin to tell any horror stories I have from being a long time CS rep for some of the other MMOGs.

I agree too!!

Not only have the gm's done a good job but the devs are addressing problems and lag issues quickly. A real class act.

In addition, other than the shipping date change, I thought SOR's launch went very smoothly

This must be evident and universal because I am used to seeing a lot of bashing and flaming of released MMO games and it has been just the opposite here. In fact, the reviews that are coming out seem to be expressing shock and amazement too!

I love this game!! A trully outstanding job you guys and gals have done with this game, keep it coming!
