I keep getting this message when i accept the EULA to log onto Arispotle server ,what does it mean?

It measn you were unlucky enough to try to login while the server was rebooting. A "shard" is another name for a "server".
A good thing to do in these situations is to log into klients and see if it is full of people saying "Is the server down?!"
