About DP. Here is my point of view.
Unfortunately DP in Atys is nearly nothing. It might disturb your plans if you have two loaded packer and want to grind but can not. It just slows down a little. My 485k DP i digged away with about 25 digs. This is not much, isnt it ? Little annoying and then it was it.
Maybe this is the reason why some ppl ( i count me to them) try to avoid DP. If i start not caring about DP the game may get boring soon. Probably i should mention that i played 2 years Diablo2 LoD in HC mode without a mule.
The most fun comes out of teaming where every member tries to do its best. Even to avoid coma might be a goal within a hunt !! If i would not care i would not try to get better at healing or tanking. Why should i taunt away a mob from a healer when i know that healer two will manage this easy to res?
Until today i still feel somehow guilty when a tank hits the soil cause i probably spelled a sec to late. Until today i care my source, even when stats say itll be just a little booom.
If i stop caring about all this stuff i might fall into lethargy. An lethargy is the little brother of boredom.
The best i feel when ending with 10 HP left and no teammate kissed the soil. Then i know we did it right.
