This little word just to inform the english community that Ryzlofp (Ryzom log file parser) is now opened and will be maintained in English, and pretty soon in German.. The goal is to parse the main ryzom log file client.log to purge it from all debugging informationsn and present it in a clean and readable way. It will have much more functionnalities than using the chatLog command IG.
I decided to develop it after i had to search & re-write the log on a guild meeting. Spent easily one hour to make a good log, with this site it won't take more than a few minutes and a few clicks.
Functionnalities are for now kinda simple -only the parsing of IG chat with selection of characters to include or not- but they will quickly improve. Last one was the multi-language release for you folks
Everything is explained and described on the site, so i won't tell evrything in here.
PS: your log files are still saved on the server when you submit them. It won't be the case anymore as soon as the site won't be considered "beta" and will go "gold". For now i keep them only for debugging purposes, nothing more. When the site will go gold, it will of course be notified in the news section on the site.
Also, last word, the site received a written agree from the French GM's (Washh). It's in the post about Ryzlofp in the french general section.
