Missing Characters at Login

I just logged in today and noted that my character is gone from the selection screen. I only had one character and I did not delete it. Please let me know how to go about restoring the lost character.

I am experiencing the same problem, however, now it is march and then for you it was october. It's been a week now and my char still isn't back... he went missing after the server went down february 28. I've sent in multiple tickets but all i get is "we're working on it"

well i thought it was fitting because the same thing happened to me. if i started a new post it would seem more like i'm alone.
