Wow Grusper, that's quite a serious accusation

What on earth makes you think it might be the case that GMs are intercepting or interfering with your correspondence? You must know that's not true, surely? I'm wondering whether the language barrier has got in the way somehow and you've used the wrong words to describe your situation.

I can assure you that our customer service staff takes all player requests, regardless of the subject, very serious and _always_ passes them on.

Only through your feedback we are able to improve both our services and the game, it is more than valuable to us and you can be sure that we do not destroy any submissions we receive.

There are several ways for you to submit requests, feedback or ideas. You can either post your feedback on these forums, in which case I will take care of them myself (or just send me a private message, if this is a private matter).

You can further use the in-game support feature, the mail support feature on the official website (http://www.ryzom.com/support/?sor_community=ee), or you can email our support directly at sorsupport@jolt.co.uk .

Again, there is honestly no need to be worried about any submissions you make. While the developers may not have time to directly respond to each player request (they receive a large amount each day - understandably it would be impossible to reply to all of them), they do receive and listen to them.
