Server Down ?

Hi,

Its 10am GMT 1st Oct and when I log on it says ONLINE, but after I hit the accept license agreement button it says Shard not available.
Does this mean the server is down ? I cant see any posts mentioning the downtime

I am getting the exact same thing. Server status shows open but when I try to log on it says Shard not available. Anyone know what's going on?
