Lag Issues?

A ping at 200 (even up to 4-500) is usually not a problem in mmorpgs, but I and some of the other people from my guild were getting a good deal of "rubberbanding" yesterday (UK server as well). I talked to a CSR (responded in five minutes, way to go! ) and he said they had been getting some reports on the problem and that it was being looked into.

I have not been playing today yet, so obviously my observations are only based on yesterday. Otherwise I have had no problems since I got the game a week ago.
