I think you have misinterpreted my thread- this was designed to be a roleplaying thread- i wasnt asking you personally for an apology- i was asking Xipetotecprime. It seemed to me as though you were taking it personally

BTW way what is it that made you presume that Project Mayhem had any "bad air" with you or Abyss Eye? As far as i know there have been no previous disputes between us. So killing someone you presume doesnt like you seems a bit unjust.

You say this is a roleplaying game- and you are right. And if you study this thread you will realise i am keeping it themed and part of rp. Hence why i have asked Xipe for an apology- not eviluk.

So before you bang on about teletubbies etc- try taking up a rp viewpoint in this thread.

It however seems you are unwilling to apologise- you have a chance to do it here or with wintermute- if we hear nothing our council will speak on this matter and will decide an appropraite course of action.

All this boils down to what are commonly accepted rules of engagement in conflict zones set by presentatives of High Councils, especially between neutral parties.

Unfortunately, this incident happened during generally peaceful AE guild trip. So, it might have been seen as AE aggression against Mayhem when it was more like aggression between homins Xipetotecprime and Wintermute.

As Xipe stated before, he has left guild leadership and is now "only" a highly appreciated founding member of AE. I understand, that this kind of incident would have much more severe impact between our guilds if Xipe holds high official position in our guild and thus all his actions would speak behalf of whole guild.

We had a slight confusion in our communication that resulted in not rezzing Wintermute. To be fair, this incident happened near Karavan altar at Gate of Obscurity and Wintermute was not yet digging. So, the effective loss was price of one TP ticket. As on officer of AE, I am willing to compensate double this sum to Wintermute in order not to let this incident escalate into a war between our guilds. Contact me for details.

I hope that this incident won't have long lasting impact in relations between our guilds e.g. not rezzing fellow homin in normal areas.

OC: Mostly this kind of threads are due to griefing. This one is not. AE is against griefing, it is not part of game and not fun.

lol I was there in grove of confusion region thought some roleplaying was going on in region channel heared lots of nasty words from wintermute. i'm neutral in this though but I think cursing is bad. its a small world heh.

Ok - just to clear this up now.....

I have spoken to Xipe today after what i considered a misunderstanding about what this thread was about. It may have been conceived that i was attacking him personally. This was not the case- it was simply ALIBOOMA asking XIPETOTECPRIME for an apology.

We established that this is a rp thread- for which i presume he is grateful because it simply isnt nice to think you (as a person) have been made a target.

We also established that this action of killing Wintermute was not the action of Abyss Eye- but was of Xipetotecprime. Therefore guild relations between PM and AE im sure will remain at a good standard. Thanx for you post Mikos- but money isnt necessary here

Xipe said he will make a post here soon when he has the time- to clear up (in a roleplaying sense) what his intentions are.

For the rest of you - please dont forget that :

1) Yes this is a game
2) I am still having fun (regardless of xipe)
3) This is roleplaying - it allows you to be someone you aren't. I have too much experience of people playing this game as themselves, powergrinding levels, getting bored because of it and getting personally offended at stuff like this.

Something that i try to remember that i think people should keep in mind regarding this game:

"Step away from the game as yourself- Step into the game as your character!"
