Actually the 3 person team fairs a little worse, regardless of the xp. As the healer has to heal 2 ppl, the tank who presumably is taking the aggro need heals annd stam, the elem will still need heals to hp and sap too else run dry, on top end mobs a slow heal switch means tank is down and elem has aggro, then you as healer either rez tank, likely causing elem to die, or heal elem to finish mob. when i did great najab with team of 3 my hp/sap expenditure was far greater due to all double heal cast and tank was still not guranteed to be alive at the end for xp, the fast use of my own reserves means a greater danger of wipe-out and a always a short d-t post pull to heal me up , a healer/elem duo is easier for the healer, as they have but 1 to heal use single heale so can chain heal for several mobs. Sadly a post 200 meleer suffers terribly compared to an elem, damage is some 4 times slower and the hvy armour/higher hps simply do not compensate, and if the healer is the talkative type... well you'll spend a few extra dapper with the kami

I think it all comes down to how good the 3 man team is, and more importantly - how well they work together....
I have been comfortably working as a 3 (tank, ele, healer) in Flaming Forest on 2* Tyranchas without any worries of dying, as we can safely control situations presented to us.
As Meena once wisely said.....being high level isn't enough, if you don't know how to use those skills properly.
Find the right team of 3...2 guys you can trust to do the job - bobs your uncle....

think that is better yes with 4 people yes, you have 2 team then (1 nuker + 1 healer group together but not in team so healers aint getting xp. put the healers in a team together so they can refill eachother when needed). these two teams need to be 50 meter from eachother or more because of agro range when 1 time gets wiped by migrating jugs or a pop on the head and also because healers can heal eachother in that range. also both nukers need to pull their own mob. when 1 set of healer + nuker gets wiped then the other set healer + nuker can rez them when needed and other way around. this a good way to get xp fast but dont forget to loot because mob will respawn faster then. only you need to find healers that dont mind not getting any xp....

Maybe this one team one XP systems does still promote inter-team work
