Ok here is my experience....

Up till yesterday Project Mayhem have had no bad experiences (actually there was one but it was no biggy) with Xipetotecprime and Abyss Eye. We treated them like any other guild.

Now if you know Project Mayhem you will know they are the friendliest bunch you could hope to meet and tend to steer clear of disputes.

I was informed yesterday how a mayhemer was digging in PR and Xipe ran through with some other Abyss eyes and Xipe nuked Wintermute. Now i know your all thinking oh he wasnt there- this is just some flame about someones mate the got it in the neck blah blah blah. But to be fair it was a completely unprovoked attack.

The other eyes said sorry - but Wintermute still didnt get a rez which is totally unfair. Especially as it has been me rezing many members of your guild (including you Xipe) in various areas of Witherings over the past week.

I spoke about this later with another AE member called Phazula. She was quick to defend the leader (which i dont blame and is commendable) and said she didnt believe me. However Phazula later found out that it was true- and spoke to me in a tell about it- which is more commendable as admitting you are wrong is hard for some! We spoke of how most of the members of AE are generally working towards rebuilding a better rep after some of the previous flaming- yet how can they when their leader acts so childish in this way?

True it is allowed to nuke in PR - yet its common courtesy that we dont. You just dont get people running through PR nuking whoever they see!

So Xipe, my request to you is that you apologise to Wintermute as i hope this was a mistake. If Wintermute doesnt hear from him i will personally start to believe all of the previous flaming (I am not speaking on behalf of Project Mayhem here).

I hope you can prove the rest of the flaming wrong and are able to have a slice of humble pie (recipe from catfud??) and apologise.



(BTW - I know xipe doesnt often read these forums, but if any of the guild-such as Azal- could let him know about this thread and ask him to read it that would be grand )

and there i was thinking that xipe had maybe grown up a bit after the last flame war, but sadly not.

at the end of the day ali the lands of umbra are PvP/GvG and at present everyone expect Xipe shows some respect for us harvesters in there, even i have ressed AE members in the past. So he is not doing anything wrong exactly by ganking ppl.. The only enjoyment he seems to get from this game is harrassing people so it would be sad to take that away from him.. Just make sure u laugh at his corpse if u ever see him in trouble down there

I'm not saying anything before this turns into a flame war - which clearly wasnt my intention.

I will wait until we have a response from him either on here or through wintermute in game before I make any judgement. I think this is fair- correct me if im wrong

This is starting to get annoying, yet another post about someone known to not read the boards. What can this post possibly achieve other than trying to muddy up a players name? By the very nature of these boards it was going to flame out the second you posted

Id say this, Xipe has been pk'ed in the PvP zones over the recent weeks while working on his PR harvest. Would appear he's finally had enough and started doing it back.

Azal went over to WoW btw, i'll have a chat with xipe when i get home (iam spirian btw iam in the Abyss Eye) but as usuall i don't think this will be as clear cut as this post makes it seem.

on a side note:

Rezzing in PvP zones is an odd idea, why would you rezz someone you've just taken the time to kill? to me being killed then rezzed would feel more like griefing that just being killed to get me away from the materials down there.

It isnt my intention to muddy his name. and i know he doesnt read the forums which is why i have asked for someone to let him know. In a round about way this is a chance for him to prove himself and to dispell the bad air. I have posted a non-aggrevating thread here- dont make it something it isn't.

If Xipe wants to act revenge for people killing him in PvP then let him do it on those that have wronged him- not the innocent like the members of Project Mayhem.

As i mentioned in my first post on this thread- most of Xipe's team were apologetic to Wintermute for Xipe's actions. Therefore it can be assumed that it may have only been Xipe's intention to kill Wintermute (this i am hoping Xipe will say was purely a mistake). However someone who was apologizing could have taken a moment to rez Wintermute.

not sure if its been said, but isnt it impossible to rezz people in the PvP zones unless they belong to ur team...?

it wouldnt take 2 mins to join that person lying on the floor to a team (which can be done) and heal em up

well..roots are a PvP area don't complain if u have been nuked in it s part of the game.
I know it s unfair but why do we have PvP areas if we don't use them?
