Your shieldsmith has almost arrived. I am currently approaching Q170 Matis Buckers, and can craft a low success Full shield with enough mats. As I continue to push forward, I will be going to Q190 Bucklers before leveling my full. So keep me in mind, HQ full is some time away with this model. Please look me up in-game, with the right motivation, mats and dapp, I could be convinced to change the path that I take.

If i remember you prices correctly, they were pretty high
But how much would you sell the q180 armor clips for, and what are its specs?

The price you saw was for a Choice Q160 Living Buckler, and I'm sorry but that is the price. I would not be selling those mats, but using them to increase my level to serve you better. For a better comparison here are some other prices.

Choice Q160 MQ Matis Full Shield for ~70k dapp
Choice Q160 MQ Matis Buckler for ~40k dapp
Choice Q160 HQ Matis Buckler for ~50k dapp

Obviously if you are delivering mats that you would like crafted into a shield, the price goes down significantly. I will however state that your price will go up with the 'Class' (Choice, Exc, Sup) of the shield even if you are providing the mats.
