Game Crash Entering Trainer areas

I have lost 2 CHAR that I cannot log into. Both were in their hometown and entered the Trainer Selection screen. Game crashes to a bug report, then I can relaunch and create a new CHAR, but game locks up if I attempt top load my other CHARs.

I reran the patch update and have same results. Any ideas?

Could you run the configuration tool, go to the display settings, and make sure you're running in OpenGL and not Direct3D or Auto mode?

I did have Auto(default) Selected. OpenGL allowed me to load the CHAR again.
