I noticed something about Ackir's crest in another thread, commented on it being a Tryker symbol (our guild hall walls in Fair Haven are covered in the symbol he has in the middle of his avatar picture) and he referred me to this thread...

Our guild does use the Tryker symbol in our guild crest - you can see it here in our guild leader's avatar picture = http://www.ryzom.com/forum/showpost.php?p=26106&postcount=1. The first thing we did when we were able to connect to the game in September was set that up. Is there another guild with the same symbol?

I just thought it unusual that a KoK member would be using a Tryker (Karavan aligned race) symbol in his avatar picture. Neiana has a more appropiate symbol in her's. I'm not trying to start a fight (as in the Shame thread) - I'm just wondering since I'm still a ticklish from Rayne ribbing me for my Karavan title showing while I was tooling around Zora one day (is he in your guild btw?). A Zorian citizen known to our guild leader was in a spot of trouble and Raku, Oshi and I went out to help. I met 2 other Zorians that I used to see on these boards but don't any more (I want to say Indorian but my memory fails me). By each loss we all indeed are diminished...

The symbol in my avatar is our guild symbol, not just some random choice Neiana is our founder, she is Tryker. Some Tryker are not so misguided as to believe the Karavan and their imagined faith. On that note, someone "tooling" around Zora must be looking for trouble (or ribbing). "Tooling" is fightin' words where I come from

Kami do not use teleporters, they use magic to port you, that is why the tickets look different. Just my two cents on the issue.

I think the Tryker race built the teleporters and the Kami overthrew them and called it there own because they lack one major thing, Technology.

Kami are not Technological beings, there magical, therefore, they can not create altars of any kind imo that would be considered a 'teleporter'

They lack the knowledge.

Since the Tryker follow the Karavan, it is more likely that they sought to make there own means of travel, considering the history between them and the Matis, then they built the teleporters, and the kami saw a way to overthrow them, and called them there own.

Possible twist to the storyline there.
