Error Code 53 means you do not have access to the server. This error is generally caused by one of a couple things:

1. Your credit card verification has not finished processing: In which case you should wait a bit to see if it does process. I would give it at least an hour or two as we do have a lot of registrations processing.
2. Your registration was interrupted or timed out: In which case you can cancel your current "in progress" payment and try again. If you are pretty sure you did finish, it could still be issue #1.

Please make sure all your pop-ups and virus scanners are off when attempting to verify your credit card information. Although a firewall could possibly cause the issue, depending on what they are blocking, it is probably not the case.
