Can someone please post the results from the RP conference discussion.

Please lets keep the religion, etc. out of this and clearly post what the results were. Keep it clean so everyone can understand where we are on this.

If you disagree with the results. Please state that and your understanding, no major debate. Please have one-on-one's intelligently with others that disagree with you.

I am sure another conference or two will be required to iron the major issues out.

Suggestions included more RP events (including events to teach RP skills), having clear definitions for different factions, creating alts on newbie island to get the very new players into it, and designating certain areas as RP gathering-places. There was a lot of controversy around these points and the roles of the Kami and Karavan, and we will need to follow up to get things resolved.

I skimmed alot of the whole convo but I picked up bits and pieces, I'm with Anissa's idea on a visual identifier for people who do/don't want to RP.

I read every word... glad I didn't bother to attend since our role is pretty clear and I am also glad some folks are making progress. It seemed there were too many non-RPers there to make the progress you guys really wanted to. Defining some of the things discussed will help alot if not mired in certain folks stark positions on the minutia... We were having good fun in some aspects of RP, before some folks took it personally...
