It is possible to make 100/100 damage and speed melee weapons click for screenshot , but i can only get 100/99 for lances and pikes. Is 100/100 possible for these ?

Stats for a 2h weapon can be seen here, tho i know better is possible.

Erm, he was asking if anyone knew how to make better than he did, not asking for a screenshot 8) I don't craft melee weapons, but all you have to do is play with things in unorthodox ways. Using choice grips and choice shafts with 1/3 one kind of sup amber and 2/3 another kind of sup amber to get amps 97 across the board, with a couple 93s. I am not sure if the materials bug was finally fixed or not, but for a LONG time, using all choice mats (Choice shafts was found to be the offending item, ANYTHING under choice you could max the stats on amps, change shaft to choice, it dropped by almost 10 percent) would gain you a lesser Amp.
I haven't been grinding, I know of a few players that I am rather certain could make those. Of course the GUESS would be Sup Big shell for blade, and possibly a few other for points (oddly enough there are mats that are better points than blades that are as good as big shell and I would guess maybe better).
I learned on newbie that the cap of 10% protection on light armor is a "soft cap" meaning...the right clip (quartered mat, available on ALL newbie islands) could max the protection rate above 10.5%. I think the highest I ever managed was 11.5% (the other stats on the armor were a bit low, like piercing protection etc. but on newbie island...it was more important to me to have the full protection than the narrow angled ones.)
SO...I would surmise that your 100/100 weapon screenshot you have has a "mystery secret" quarted mat. (the armor clip was Gingo ligament FYI

If the game wasn't such a grind...I would regain interest. I guess I could try on ATS to see if I could make it.
Since the Q rating shows as 120, and on ATS you are born at 150...Yeah I will accept that challenge...on ATS. I will work this week to see if ANY mob that I can solo drops anything that could make your super weapon...If I manage to make it, I will TRY to make a screenshot. I am not sure why...but my screenshot buttons don't work

The sword is made from the same recipe as the axe i posted . Making the sword with a higher qual skin (more mats) will only increase the dura/hit points i think, i dont have the mats to try.
I gave a few hints on the EE forum as to how i made this. If i told you exactly how, it wouldnt be much of a challenge would it ?
