Pyr mats/items go to q150

And the justification for this is?

All other race capitols only go to ql100, or is this becuase you burnt down your 4th city in the Great fire?

I guess this would explain the lvl 100-150 area, the Oasis, on Pyr's doorstep.

Its because we actually have to change regions to get to our other towns, unlike everyone else. The Zorai towns are all in the same region that has little/no aggro. The Tryker towns are all in the same region (I think) and are connected by obviously aggro-less water. Matis is admittedly an exception, in that they actually have aggro between the towns, but nowhere near as dangerous as the Pyr -> Thesos trip.
