Followup to post #77.

I received my copy in the mail today. Shipped from Delaware to me in Washington State, USA. Three day delivery across the country. I had hopes the code would be on the packing slip like customers of other companies had described. No luck there either.

Yes, I contacted Nevrax with copies of emails sent between me and Amazon. I sent to billing-na@ryzom.com . I hope that is the correct address to escalate this issue. That was only a few hours ago so no response yet...

I had the same problem and sent an e-mail to the above address too.
