This is going to change in an upcoming patch.
As a result, all items which are for sale for over 7 days are going to vanish as the game play requires. In other word, all items on sale which states that they have 0 days left will disappear when this fix will be applied.

The problem relates to items that have already been sold, or have run out of their alloted time to be sold. As such, they can't be purchased by players anyway (they're greyed out, and I think have a quantity of 0) - which in turn, means there is no loss when removing the item, either way
