The AI is still bugged (first seen in the previous patch): Sometimes the mob just doesn't fight back. The only common factor with the incidents has been that the mobs affected have been aggro ones. Hope this helps, and hope this gets fixed.

Cuttlers seem to be eyeballing and tracking you much further out than other aggro, got some in the nexus that eyeballed me from the top of a hill at 51m, no wonder they kept coming down and killing me.

Main problem though is the items not clearing at 0 days 0 hours, customers cant see your items as the sellers are now backed up with so many items im surprised that the server hasnt keeled over.Im only selling light armour atm really as you cant even see my amps unless u set filter to exact quality and wait 5 mins for update to finish. (see post in bazaar).

Fearing fen kinchers have turned into black/red gingos never seen before but come from over 50m and kill you when foraging.

Other bugs already mentioned.

Anyone knows if 31 total (39 personal) Zorai fame should be enough to start the barman rite?

I was able to start rites with 39 total Zoraï fame and 38 total Fyros fame. I'm Tryker. I have nor verified with 37, neither yet with Matis.
