hello angry hommin here

why angry ?

1. i pay and buy this game w/o any problem
2. than i want to download it
3. w/o resume i dowload it around 50 hours with 8 kb download i dont know why
4. than 98% download its broken and now i have nothing
5. i want to create account
6. my credit card didnt accepted this time
7. i try my other cards and no luck ..
8. mailed 3 times and make tickets no answers yet
9. send forum posts and look everywhere in this forum but no luck again
10. there is a answers at this forums but not works for me
11. please help me

i try to start my download again .. and please close my account compeletly than send me a new serial or find another solution for my problems because my credit cards dont work atm. i dont know why. jolt get my money w/o any problems.

I'm sorry but I didn't understand the part about you bought the game from Jolt and your credit card worked but them you tried to create an account here and it didn't. If you paid Jolt, your card works <obviously>. Could you tell me what happens exactly? I'd like to help you but I need more information.

its correct download side is not your problem

but how its possible my credit cards refused now. i bought SOR w/o any problem but here when i want to create an account my credit card didnt work, it says "in progress" .. i search the forums and use every help but no luck. than i cancel end try my second card than i get refuse messages. than i use another but everytime i get refuse messages and mails. i know i have money all of them . i have AMEX also but there is no amex option atm.

I don't think I can personally help you with the credit card issue so I'm posting the correct contact information. I don't know which server/language is best for you so I'm posting all of them. Just pick the right one for you and email them with information on what happened. (stuck, cards refused etc)

i got it i use my wifes card and its ok now


i think hommins have master card problem. use visa its ok
