On Thursday the 30th of September, all SoR servers will be taken down for a hardware maintenance.
Maintenance is schedule to last from 14:00 to 16:00 Paris Local Time.

Servers affected by this maintenance are:
- Aniro
- Arispotle
- Leanon
- Windermeer
- Advanced test server

I couldnt figure it out last time as I thought EDT meant Estimated-Down-Time. I am only used to the abbreviation Eastern Pacific Time (EPT) and honestly never before heard of Eastern Daylight Time.....I guess no one can blame me for that

is this just because the game is just out? if so i dont care if its 5 times a day

or is it going to be every day for the life of the mmorpg? some games do this . every day servers go down for 1 hour to reboot.

It's 8pm to 10pm in Singapore, my prime time for Ryzom.
well, you can't satisfy everyone I guess.

But aren't these "maintenace" a bit frequent since launch?

well there were no maintenance the first week but it's the 2nd times this week. Maybe they are upgrading the servers.
