Server offline...

Hey Guys, whats going on ?

I dont understand what you are doing .. today its the 7rd time the Server is offline. After i asked in "European Community - Deutsch" (because i am german) they said, that it is a Problem from the Clients ... but ALL Client have the same Problem ? ... very nice ... and then after a short discussion they cloesed the Thread with the Reason, that i have posted it in a wrong forum. But for me is the EURO Server a multi-Server and not only an english one.
Thats a very big Mistake here in game.. please Change it, and dont forget, that we german are paying as well as the others.
My friends (my guild) and I are not ready to create a new charakter and play on the German Server. Nothing was standing in the rules or somethink else, when we bought it.
We only accept, that english is a multi-culturate language and we have to speak / contact in Game in english. But we are not able to accept, that we are restricktet to use the EURO!!! (not english) Server.

European = English / Germany / france and so on....

Accept it and Change it please everywhere or i think you will lose a lot of players.

And i want to add, that there are to many serverproblems. Since 14.30 clock there are 7 Servertimeouts. Its not okay.

I hope you dont will ignore my Thread, i say thank, that you were listening and i am sorry, that my english maybe isnt well as yours.

And the best is, that we NEVER know why the server offline is / what you are doing and why ONLY the european Server is offline everytimes... ....

I think a great Changing would be, if ALL Servers and ALL Gamer has the same rights. I cant say it to often: We are Paying as well as the others.
Maybe the Trials get an own Server and after the 2 weeks they can choose ONE times wish Server they want to join.... but dont use our Euro-Server as Trial-Test-Off-Server

After yor free trile you can change to the german server if you want. Euro server is a testing ground for frensh ppl to. You ar not the only one.

D'ont worry /tell a gm and they will explain how you can cainge to the german server.

Disconects can be a lod of things m8 have a bit of patiance it will be ok

It's in the Technical Support Forum, where you should have posted this message And yes, I know I'm telling you to 'use a different forum' again, but there is a good reason for that. Technical Support belongs in Technical Support

As for the rest of your post, I'm afraid I don't quite see what you mean. I know you're currently playing on the Euro English server, as we've spoken in-game. What I don't understand, is your problem regarding Euro English and German servers - are you saying you want to switch, or you don't want to switch, or what?

If you're saying "I tried to get support in the German Forum, for the Euro English Server, and they sent me away" - well, that's because there is no point asking people who play on the German server about downtime with the Euro English server They can't give you information about problems with our server, as they don't play on our server!

If that isn't your problem, please try and explain again and I'll help as much as possible

Okay dude, listen up.

A mmo is a very, very complicated game. Many ppl, doing many many actions at the same time on a server. These processes sometimes dont go the way they should be. There is no way to test every possible combination on a test server, to prevent crashes. So, sometimes, on very rare occasions, this can happen. They have to find the reason, which is extremely hard with alot of players online, so they need time to test is, and see if the crash happens over and over. Please, dude, give them some time. You can play all day tomorrow if you want. Report sick to work or whatever. Dont forget yer part of one of the best and most helpfull communities out there. Devs are ppl too.

I understand your frustration blacky, but we've previously announced several times on Klients, as well as on these forums that we will be experiencing technical difficulties today.

Two version :

1/ nevrax is changing some hardware parts of their network (see technical forum)

2/ there is a bug in some Encyclopaedia Rite, causing server crash. GM's MOTD is to stop doing Encyclo missions for a while

Lets add yours and derivates :

3/ clients errors.
Maybe some people are changing their config files to "improve" gaming experience (but it will cause their own crashes, not a server-side disconnection)


Loosing players ? comeone ! this is a normal behavior for a MMOG who is constantly imporved.
Just go sleep or take a "real life duty" break (movie, cleaning, etc lol) and come back later see if any changes have been made.

I'm pretty annoyed but still, hope of good news from CSR teams keep me up

I think kibs, Daz, and a lod of forum ppl ar on there 24/7 and there is always a helping hand who can tell you what happens.

Dont worry it will be fine. I play for almost 2 months now and i have had 2 of these down times. If you playd other mmo's you sould knowe its darn good averedge.
