Teleport tickets

On teleport tickets id rather they scrap the individual ticket idea and just have a single Karavan and/or Kami ticket (passport?).

This could be used to go to any teleport that you had alrdy visited (also pops up a flag/marker on the map -similar to getting a spawn). The destination could be selected by a drop down menu in/on the "passport" or by a right click on the map flag. Passports should be available at any teleport of the correct faction.

Little trick (guild secret j/k) right click on the map at any location not covered by your team members and drag to the specified point. I used to ask my teammates to move until a guildie told me this. Very useful
