How's that? That was for the benefit of your son, who obviously misinterpreted what we were trying to do.

gddss wrote:Like I said, want me to start carrying around a journal? You should know by now what my problem with you is from other posts in these forums with the whole thing about disrupting trecks. I haven't been nearly as vocal about it as this post because I have not felt it was worth the hassle and didn't really wanna hear more people cry 'ohhh no but it's in the design of the game' until my son came to me and told me what happened.

If this was a misunderstanding between you two, fine, let's clear it up, but I frankly don't understand how one that extreme could be.
So in otherwords you were full of it when you said my actions showed otherwise. You are basing this entire thing on the fact that you think I am all for stopping people from crossing the roots. Which is really funny because this did not happen in the roots. It didn't happen anywhere near the roots.

Your post made one thing clear, you have been waiting for the opportunity to come after me. Up until this point you have had nothing to justify that. Now that your son lies to you about what happened, you jump at the chance.

Also I want you to link some of the times I have posted about activly stopping people from going from one land to another. You will quickly find that while I have said that people in the roots should be prepared to deal with PVP as it is a PVP area, I have never said I was going make it a point to disrupt other players travels.

You are so wrong on your views of me its not even funny. I jut hope that chat logs are kept on the computer for more than one game session.

I wasn't talking about the son involved, i was talking about how Gddss has accused Raynes of something (or his guild) without actually giving any proof.

Oh, and to Gddss, i didn't mean to come across as i did in my initial post, i just find it a tad "unfair" to accuse someone of something on a public forum, where he interacts with the people on this forum ingame. I would of personally spoken to the guild direct rather than post this here.

It's akin of walking upto someone at work and shouting at the top of your voice (just so everyone in the office can hear);

"I know what you did, you awful, awful man! - it's disgusting, and you should be ashamed of yourself. How dare you do that!"

And then walking away. And when people ask you "What did he do?", you respond by saying "Oh, he knows, and so do i, he's just terrible." Unless you give something (logs, screenshots, other peoples experiences to back you up), it is just slander, until proven.

I think I'm seeing a 13 year old devising long and elaborative plan - meet with you, lie through his teeth and send vicious mother over to hunt you down...

Seriously though - what exactly is the point of this conversation? If he lied (doubtfull, albeit possible) she will never know, if she does, she will never admit it, and if its none of the above and her son told the truth .....

Or the other possibility which seems to be ignored here, is that her son simply mis-took what was said to him. Mistakes can happen, even a 13 year old can interpret things wrongly.

Alright this thread is degrading very quickly, though I'm not sure it was a good thread to begin with. I can see nothing good coming of this conversation and don't care to further foster any resentments that may be brewing.

Let's just agree to disagree, like ladies and gentlemen, as to the events that happened. I will be closing this thread to keep it from getting *completely* out of hand.
