I have had a problem with missing tickets as well. I started making sure my character was 'saved' after buying tickets and before logging off and so far it seems lke I still have all my tickets. If I haven't been 'saved' recently before I log, I just make sure to do the quit game that allows the bar to progress across instead of the quick quit.

I have had that a few times - but always disregarded as my own fault for not buying it; and every tme that would happen, i could have sworn i bought it before...
