Hey talked to a GM last night and sent an email to tech on this but I havent gotten a responce nor have I been able to fix the problem. I will be re-installing when I get home to see if that works though I would rather not.
Crashed 10 times lastnight guild was getting a good chuckle out of it though I lost 2 packers (seems my chary remains in game for sometime after I have been booted.)so I didnt find it so ammusing. At any rate here is the message I get.
Access Violation exception generated at 0x6909F122, thread attempts to
read at 0x1FFBA000.
The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for
which it does not have the appropriate access
If anyone has had this I could use some input. I have already tried setting gfx to min.

Re: access violation
First thing I'd check when getting any such error, is your system RAM.
Google "MemTest86" and burn that to a CD, then reboot your computer with the CD in the drive (you *might* have to configure the computer to boot off the CD first, in your BIOS). Let that run for a while to be thorough. It may not always spot a problem on the first set of tests.
If you don't have a CD burner, there is a version for floppy disks as well.
EDIT:
I'd also check what your system's temperatures are at when running the game.

Re: access violation
Let me just pop in here and say that 19 times out of 20 that I crash, I get that same error. Some of the numbers are a little different, but it's mostly the same.
Are you running an ATI card? Are you using OpenGL or D3D?

Re: access violation
I just satrted getting the same type Error the day after the latest patch now it's happened 5 times and asks to send a report to Ryzom and requests my firewall to open port 25 which I have tried - how ever while doing so my connection goes wild - super large info transfers - Is this really a report to ryzom or is it possible that the server has been hacked - is anyone else getting these type of errors and requests?
Re: access violation
