After trying to read the announcement of frensh forum (no I don't know any frensh) it seems this patch will include the fixes to the 2.3 Patch. (aka Rite missions and mount stuff)

And their server is only scheduled to be down from 13-16 CET

As mentioned on another thread, it would be nice to have a "centralised" announcement area so that all communities get the same info, instead of 4 separate ones that need to be looked at, 2 of which have to be (badly) translated to get the full picture.
