I feel the Devs need to add larger variety of armors and weaponary.
Unique items dropped by tribes and bosses are all well and good but i want more varity when i have to craft light armor i dont wanna just grinding the same old caster pantz.
I cant speak for every one but im sure more goodies will hold me at this game for longer than if it stays in it current state.
What ya think..

Taking your example of light armour, I definitely agree with what other people have said in other threads - being able to customise the colours (main colour, sub colour 1, sub colour 2 etc.) would be a great start, maybe using dye as with hairstyles.
Depends what you mean by toys/goodies really - items will only be special for a certain amount of time, and I don't get any real enjoyment from looking through my inventory of items
More craft customisations would certainly be welcome though.

Re: Give us more toys!
It would be nice to be abel to collor one armor without having to use the same collor of mats. Somtimes i like to make a combination of mats to make an armor and i hate to see boots in blue and the rest of the armor red by example. So if they just put in a mercant with dye option where you can buy, lets say a sac of collorant and use it on armor to cainge collor it would be nice.dazman76 wrote:Taking your example of light armour, I definitely agree with what other people have said in other threads - being able to customise the colours (main colour, sub colour 1, sub colour 2 etc.) would be a great start, maybe using dye as with hairstyles.

But i can imagin its not a priority. Same as i can understand that it neads a lod of programing.

I want to be able to craft my own pick. Something like a "supreme pick of gentle extraction rate", you get the idea...

I didnt explain myself very well but this is what i mean i want more craft plans and more customisation ( mutli colours, trims, styles, cuts, effects etc...) Then crafting would become some much more rewarding!!dazman76 wrote:Taking your example of light armour, I definitely agree with what other people have said in other threads - being able to customise the colours (main colour, sub colour 1, sub colour 2 etc.) would be a great start, maybe using dye as with hairstyles.

This would also lead the way to guild unique clothing designs. =D

Or have it as a crafting stanza/add on like the HP/Stam/Sap/Focus boosts.
You could then add it into your crafting stanzas to allow you to specify colours. Obviously the main problem would be controlling the setting of the colour....

Re: Give us more toys!
@Philu - well, I think the dye idea would be easier to implement - purely because of the problem you arrived at. If you say that each item to be crafted has a single dye slot (or multiple, if the plan is higher quality), the items take their colour from the majority mat colour as usual, unless a dye is used - in which case, the armour takes the colour of the dye and overrides the mat colour completely.
I'm not quite sure how you would seperate the different colours or trims, if you don't add a dye option. For example, with light armour you may say that all colour options (when no dye applied) should be derived from the mats for the clothes component (using logic/basic assumption). However, if that's the case you would need seperate slots within the clothes section, allowing you to use 3 differently coloured fibers for example. Starts to get a bit tricky there

Re: Give us more toys!
Give more customizable effects on crafted gear and i would be a happy camper... Things like prots (which i think are on the program), but also stuff like fame/mission specials for crafted gear (the crafter would need to do the missions of course...).
