Let me get this straight. You are asking about the current inability to craft normal pikes as opposed to the medium-quality ones? I too noticed that the basic pike plan was missing even though I had spent the skill points for it, yet the medium-q Matis plan did appear. In addition the medium-quality Matis axe plan is out of sequence with the other crafting plans. Minor problem compared to some other things really.
