Take into consideration, the GM's aren't the devs and are kept in the dark until the last minute on alot of things related to code and how the game dynamics work.
They DO know alot, but sometimes there restricted in there responses.

I can understand that, however, I find that often times they do not know info that seems to be just normal gameplay. Though, it could also be the GM I am getting, it always seems to be this way with this particular GM.
